CLOUD COMPUTING JOBS BY AMAZON WEB SERVICES

In the computer field, retail giant Amazon's Cloud arm, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and most of the tech companies as such face a drastic crunch of the skilled workforce which led to the decision of providing training and certification to help students grab relevant openings in Cloud.
Vice president Teresa Carlson of worldwide public sector at AWS says that there is need to connect skilled students with employers via AWS Educate - a global initiative to provide students and educators with the resources needed to accelerate Cloud-related learning.
AWS Educate helps reach students to communicate with 30 potential employers including Amazon. This AWS programme develops something even more beyond just certification and training to the skilled students with the employers by filling the gap with the cloud technologies.
To make the job application process faster, a tool called “Interview Accelerator” in AWS Educate is used to help candidates to be more advanced. It was said that globally over 1,500 institutions and more than 10,000 educators have joined "AWS Educate" to accelerate their journey towards helping the young generation acquire Cloud skills. Students who get hands-on training and who consume the content created by top computer science institutions from across the world have been enjoying the free cloud credits into their accounts.
"AWS Educate" is renown to have approximately 30 career pathways to choose from which belongs to four big job families - Big data and analytics, Cloud architecture, system/engineering support and software/web development. This kind of move to connect skilled students with the right employers is said to help thousands of "AWS Educate" participants in India a time when the whole country is encountering and witnessing a long gap in emerging technologies.
The "Cloud Career Pathway" framework enables students to put their Cloud knowledge to use across 12 self-paced pathways aligned with labor market trends and workforce needs. This AWS programme is not only to empower students but also helping researchers make sense of the huge data-sets at their disposal.

When data is being shared on AWS Open Registry, anyone can analyze it and build services on top of it using a broad range of computer and data analytics products, including Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Athena, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Elastic MapReduce (EMR). This sharing of data in the Cloud lets data users to spend more time on data analysis rather than data acquisition. AWS is said to organize its flagship Public Sector Summit in New Delhi next year.
