REASONS FOR EXITING YOUR JOB

Which path to choose in the career is the most basic question that bothers every graduate. Following different tactics towards a single strategy is what everyone does to achieve their goals down the lane. Utilizing various opportunities, attending the interviews and thriving for success are some of the tactics that student usually follows. While thriving for success, we come across many situations that demand us to just walk away from the battlefield. Especially, while attending a job interview, there may be many instances that may make us feel uncomfortable for the place. Here we have some justified reasons for you exiting the company.

Ø You can exit if they do not value your time and cancel the interviews at last minute without apologies for more than bearable times.

Ø You can walk away if you do not always get reasonable and respectable answers for your serious questions.

Ø You can exit when they themselves do not have a clear idea about what the job will entail or who it will report to.

Ø You also sometimes feel uncomfortable if they ask about your previous salary just to peg your salary offer to what you were earning before.

Ø You can exit the company if they pressurize you for the work and do not always give you the freedom to interact with your co-workers.

Ø It is highly justified if you leave the company, for it, not having a handbook as that is the main document which governs your employment.

Ø Also, at the time of joining a company, do not choose a company which doesn’t respond to you properly at any time of the interview process.

Ø Do not accept when they want you to work for free at the time of recruiting new employees, ones you get 3 or 4 years experienced.

Ø Also, you can very well exit the company if you don’t feel it worth working. You might have to walk away from six, eight or 10 opportunities to find one that’s right for you.
